Welcome to the 8th annual Townsville Careers Expo

The Townsville Careers Expo is the North Queensland most comprehensive careers, employment and training expo that offers visitors the latest information on tertiary studies, further training and employment opportunities.

The 2012 event will be held in the Townsville RSL Stadium, Murray Sports Complex,  cnr Mervyn Crossmand Drive & Murray Lyons Crs, ANNANDALE   QLD  4814

At the Townsville Careers Expo, you will find everything you need to know under the one roof! Now in its 7th year this event is the ideal forum for career seekers of all ages to meet with a diverse range of organisations that are both locally- based  and from around Australia.

At the expo you can -

• Meet with a range of  representatives and receive expert advice on variety of topics
• Try a range of trades in the WorldSkills Try'aTrade section
• Apply for jobs and meet with employers through the CCIQ Job Shop (2012 details to be confirmed shortly)
• Find information on training, tertiary studies, apprenticeships and career options
• Listen to the motivational speakers and access handy tips for aspiring career seekers
• Receive information on scholarship, bursaries and application procedures
• Attend seminar sessions
• Access to “hands on “ activities and interactive displays.
